Aerial Filming & Photography
Surrey Visuals uses Small Unmanned Aircraft (Drones) and handheld gimbals to achieve outstanding professional results in either photograph or video formats. The 4K HD quality ensures every detail is captured. Our Drones can fly up to 400ft (about 120 meters) above the ground, as well as ‘at height’ indoors. They can provide the perfect aerial platform to capture unique imagry and at a fraction of the cost where previously helicopter or fixed wing aircraft would be used.
We are a family business based in Surrey (KT20), serving the local area and further a field. Continuing his passion for ‘all thing airborne’ Mike, the Company Director, became a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) qualified drone pilot in 2015 and now has built up hundreds of flying hours. Although, rightly, there are limitations to when / where we can fly, in August 2016 Surrey Visuals were contracted by the V&A Museum in central London to cover the press launch of the Pink Floyd exhibition at the Museum, specifically filming their inflatable ‘pink pig’ in London’s skyline at 300ft! Getting permission to fly in central London was complex but nevertheless granted. This example should provide reassurance to perspective clients that we ensure all we do is fully risk assessed, safe and legal.
